Seegrid is looking for a dynamic Product Enablement Manager to drive high product knowledge and usage proficiency for both employees and customers. We need to develop people alongside our technology in order for both to realize their potential.
As the Product Enablement Manager at Seegrid you will be responsible for defining best practices and raising the bar for how all stakeholders use our products to their greatest potential. This includes identifying multiple user types, defining what they need to know to excel with our products, and coming up with ways of delivering content to instill these best practices into ongoing behaviors. The successful candidate will define outcomes important to the success of the business and develop training content and methods to achieve them.
This role is highly quantitative in measuring results and innovative in finding new ways to achieve them. Seegrid is changing existing operational processes for our customers, and our products can help them realize new levels of efficiency and effectiveness. However, this will only happen when our employees know best practices of how to apply them to customer problems, have methods to capture new learnings and propagate to others quickly and consistently, and our customers have the knowledge and confidence to incorporate the new technology into their operations and adapt its use over time on their own.
You must be able to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to understand products, how they apply to customer problems, and how to maximize knowledge transfer and customer adoption to deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
