Sales Operations Coordinator

Seegrid currently has an opening for a Sales Operations Coordinator.  The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Seegrid Sales team.  This role requires a person with exceptional organization, teamwork and collaboration skills to liaise with Seegrid internal departments and external Customers drive sales growth.  The primary role is to support the Sales organization in their efforts to process sales orders through the order to delivery process and track/analyze trends in the business. The Sales Operations Coordinator reports directly to the VP of Sales and closely coordinates with the Director of Application Engineering. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as system owner of our Salesforce CRM environment supporting Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Understand and document current sales processes and workflows as they relate to our Salesforce CRM
  • Develop custom reports to analyze and document sales forecast
  • Report and analyze Salesforce data across a wide variety of business areas including sales, pricing, and other areas of cost and expense
  • Support Sales team in creation of quotes and proposals in ERP system (EPICOR)
  • Coordinate sales meetings, vendor presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Interface with Marketing on sales enablement and training 
  • Support administration functions within Salesforce
  • Support the sales and training teams during customer visits as needed
  • Manage logistical details of trade show travel for Sales and Application Engineering
  • Ensure timely processing of show leads and distribution to Salesforce
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of tradeshow/event materials including but not limited to trade show booths, sales collateral, and promotional items

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related area
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations
  • 3+ years with Salesforce in an admin or development capacity
  • Experience planning corporate events or trade shows
  • Multi-tasking - can handle complex multiple tasks and prioritization, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to follow through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google documents

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience in ERP systems - preferably EPICOR
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
