Seegrid is looking for a curious, collaborative, and communicative Product Operations Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights for product decision making.
As the Product Operations Data Analyst at Seegrid you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in the material handling industry. You will be responsible for collection and analysis of product data, communication of insights to inform product strategy, preparing periodic, self-serve, and ad hoc information reports for multiple internal audiences, advocating for best practices in tools and instrumentation, collaborating with multiple functions in the organization, and driving new processes around data-driven decision making.
Highly analytical and nimble, this role will establish new processes for collection, analysis, and reporting of data to facilitate decision making, including both ongoing standard reporting and ad hoc needs. The successful candidate has an insatiable curiosity for problem-solving, both analytical and conceptual, to optimize strategy. Analysis areas include product usage, market penetration, lifetime value, commercial viability, and pricing models. This role will also manage and measure best practices, tools, tool usage, and product content metrics.
This role will also help the overall Product team by documenting and maintaining standard processes, templates, guidelines, and tools.
You must be able to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
