About the Role
We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love yet work for our business. The Senior Product Manager must discover and validate unmet market needs, prioritize based on commercial value, collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to define effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market.
We are looking for passionate leaders who inspire teams to discover pervasive unmet needs, ship products and solutions that deliver true value to our customers and drive real growth for the company. While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for results.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing and executing our fleet management, analytics, and execution software solutions. This role is responsible for overall product portfolio planning and roadmap delivery, including broad aspects of the platform. The Senior Product Manager must be able to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Our Product Managers are well versed in product management disciplines and methods, customer-centered design thinking, value creation through solving unmet needs, economics and business cases for product viability, organizational alignment around product goals, and exceptional communication, visibility, and cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
